#15 – Note it down
One of the greatest devices in helping me manage my feelings has been to record them. I have been journaling day by day for around three years now, continually making inquiries about my feelings and attempting to burrow underneath the surface-level contemplations.
On the off chance that I feel helpless before my feelings, I’ll ask a straightforward question in my diary, for example, why do I feel so overpowered today? From that point I can work back through the grouping of occasions and musings that have driven me there.
I will then ask a positive activity question to draw in with another feeling, for example, what is one positive thing I can accomplish for myself at this moment?
On the off chance that you don’t have room schedule-wise to compose, attempt to in any event ask the inquiries.
