#12 – Whether You Will Argue or Not
Arguing is bad. Arguing can ruin your mental health and overall health. However, although many people are aware how arguing is bad for their well-being, they still argue with their spouses and co-workers.
Stop for a while and decide whether or not you will continue to argue or not. We recommend you to decide for yourself not to argue anymore and to decide that you will resolve your problems in different ways than arguing.
