#19 – Chicken Tikka Masala
Heat the oil in a large pot then add onions and a pinch of salt. Cook for few minutes until its color becomes golden. Now add paste of tikka masala and peppers to cook out rawness of the spices. Add chicken and mix well in the paste. Cook just 2 minutes and the finally add tomatoes and water. Cover with a lid and gently simmer for 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Remove the lid, stir through cream and yogurt. Scatter the coriander leaves and serve with rice.
