#20 – Cinnamon Rolls

In a little bowl, break down yeast in warm water and put aside. In a large bowl, mix milk, butter, sugar, 2 cups of flour, salt, egg and then make a knead dough. Place in greased bowl for 1 hour until doubled in size. After doubled in size, punch down dough and roll out in a rectangle shape mix sugar, cinnamon and sprinkled melted butter, walnuts, pecans if desired. Role up the dough, pinch edge together and cut into 12 to 15 slices. Take the baking and coat it with butter and then baked it for half an hour until nicely browned.
