#1 – Tomato Basil Salmon
Heat the oven. Line a heating sheet with a bit of aluminum foil, and shower with nonstick cooking spray. Put the salmon filets onto the foil, best with tomato cuts, shower with olive oil, sprinkle basil with Parmesan cheddar. Heat in the preheated oven until the salmon is bright in the middle, and the Parmesan cheddar is gently browned on top, around 20 minutes.
