#2 – Kale & Brussels Sprout Salad
To make sprout salad mix lemon juice, shallot, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Then in a large bowl, mix cut Brussels and sliced kale. Heat oil in a pan then add almonds and cook until golden brown. Transfer nuts to a paper and sprinkle salt on it. Now mix olive oil with lemon juice and adjust the taste with salt and pepper. Place kale mixture and toasted almonds separately. Add dressing and cheese on kale mixture garnish with almonds.
