#3 – Red wine – Braised short ribs
Heat oil in an oven, sprinkled salt and pepper on ribs and cook until brown. Transfer ribs to plate and add onions, carrots and celery to pot until onions are browned. Add tomato paste and flour stirring regularly until properly mix and deep red. Shake in wine and then add ribs with juices and boil at low heat until wine is reduced to half. Add herbs to pot with garlic. Now cover the ribs and transfer to oven. Transfer short ribs to platter and serve it with mashed potatoes with sauce.
