#4 – New York Cheesecake
To prepare New York cheesecake heat the oven. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar and cornstarch with the help of electric mixer until it becomes creamy. Now increase the mixer speed and add remaining sugar, vanilla and eggs. Beat in the cream until filling looks light creamy and light. Gently spoon the batter over the crust. Place the cake pan in a large pan containing hot water and bake until its edges dark brown. Remove the cheesecake from the water bath, transfer to wire rack and cool it. Leave the cake from pan and refrigerate it until completely cold.
