#7 – Chicken Marsala
Boil chicken in a saucepan over high heat. Cook shallot in butter, until goes to golden. Add mushrooms, sage, salt and pepper cook until liquid mushrooms evaporated and mushroom begins to brown. Put flour in large bowl and gently coat on chicken. Heat oil and butter in a saucepan until color changes to brown. Transfer cooked chicken in a platter. Add chicken broth, mushrooms, cream until sauce is slightly thickened. Finally add lemon juice, wine, sage and serve chicken with sauce.
