#8 – Favorite Macaroni and cheese
To make toppings, heat pan add oil, butter, garlic, panko until crumbs are golden brown. Transfer crumbs to bowl stir salt and parmesan and set aside. To prepare macaroni, boil water in a pan and add macaroni. After few minutes remove the macaroni and set aside. To prepare sauce, in large pot melt butter, sprinkle flour and make a roux. Cook until its color changes to golden brown and pour in milk and cream make a béchamel sauce. Add salt, pepper and mustard powder. Add macaroni to the pot with cheese sauce and stir well to coat. Serve macaroni sprinkling topping evenly over macaroni until goes to golden.
