#9 – Chinese orange chicken
In a medium bowl, coat the chicken pieces with soy sauce, wine and cornstarch. Carefully add coated chicken in a hot oil until deep golden. While frying, adjust the heat and using slotted spoon transfer the chicken to the baking sheet. To make orange sauce, heat oil in a pan add garlic, ginger, crushed red pepper and cook for few minutes. Then add wine, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and dissolve until sugar mix properly. Finally serve the chicken with orange sauce.
