#10 – Crispy baked chicken wings
First prepare buffalo sauce by mixing unsalted butter, ground black pepper, cayenne pepper kosher salt and pepper sauce. Secondly to prepare ginger soy glaze, mix honey, soy sauce, crushed garlic, piece of ginger and cup of water to boil in a small saucepan. In a bowl mix chicken wings, vegetable oil, kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Preheat oven, set the wire rack, place the wings divide between racks and cooked until its skin goes to crispy. Half of wings to ginger soy glaze toss to evenly coat. Place wings and bake until glaze is glossy and half of wings serve with buffalo sauce.
