#11 – Easy Pad Thai

Heat water in a medium bowl add noodles and boil it for few minutes. Remove the noodles from the water and set aside. In a large pan heat oil add garlic and cook for few minutes. Then blend egg with fork and pour on the pan and cook until they solidify. In a small bowl, mix the lime juice, red pepper, fish sauce and soy sauce. Finally add the noodles, sauce and sprinkle onions, peanuts and cilantro.
