#12 – Cherry tomato pizza margherita
Position rack in an oven and unroll dough on large baking sheet. Heating a frying pan for two minutes add oil, then tomatoes and sprinkle salt and pepper. Cook until tomatoes beginning to break down. Transfer this paste in large bowl and mix garlic, crushed red pepper and fennel. Now sprinkle chopped basil and cheeses evenly on a dough in medium bowl. Finally bake pizza until it becomes brown and crisp and remove the pizza from bowl with the help of spatula.
