#15 – Buttermilk fried chicken fingers
In a large bowl, mix the onion, salt, milk, buttermilk, tobacco and chicken refrigerate for one day. Preheat oven and in a large bowl combine flour, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, granulated garlic, thyme and cayenne. Large bowl pour into oil up to two inches and heat the oil. Remove the chicken after marinade, shaking it to remove excess liquid and vegetables. Fry chicken pieces until golden and cooked. Finally transfer chicken to wire racks. Serve the buttermilk fried chicken fingers with ranch dressing.
